Will make them the next time I have the "ladies" over for High Tea. By the way, I'm married to a "ketchup" man too. He puts it on his scrambled eggs and MY HOMEMADE BEANS!!! That really gets me. Anyway, keep working on those recipes that might please your "man". I've always said, "The way to a man's heart is through his stomach". Works for me! Love. Tea cakes look so nice.
