Hi,
Over Labor Day weekend I printed this recipe off your blog and made them for dinner. I had been intending to come back and mention how good they were and to thank you for posting the recipe and incredible pictures that convinced me to give these a try but I had forgotten. Well, this past weekend one of the Twins mentioned (your)the ribs and asked that I make them again. After that I remembered that I hadn't come back to let you know that they were a HUGE hit at my house.

Delicious! I smoked these ribs last night and finished them off with the glaze. I was afraid it would be too sweet but I think I might add some vanilla powder, maybe even a little dark rum next time. These were yummy as heck and I will be making them again for company next weekend. Slam dunk recipe! Thanks so much!

The ribs absolutely look to die for. I've made brisket with coke before and it's entirely fabulous in giving you the most tender finished product ever.

I am cooking these literally as we speak. The glaze is a bit runnier than I had anticipated but I'm on the first thirty minutes in the oven and they are looking splendid! I'm excited for the broiling. I'll let you know how they come out, hopefully they will look as good as yours do.
